Ann Flynn
Ann Flynn founded Technology Finance Partners (TFP) in April 2000 and is responsible for managing the strategic direction of the firm as well as the day to day management of the business, including finance and operations, business development, account management.
From 1994 until founding TFP, Ann was a principal of Integrated Lease Management, a leading consulting practice that designed, built and managed customer finance programs for technology clients.
Ms. Flynn joined Amdahl's corporate finance group in 1990. She began her career at Stanford C. Bernstein, a leading Wall Street money management firm and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University.
Drew Wright
Drew Wright co-founded Technology Finance Partners (TFP) in April 2000. Mr. Wright focuses his time on developing business case analysis methodologies and pricing strategies for technology solution providers. This ongoing effort gives him a unique understanding of the real value of technology, from IT infrastructure services to business use as well as the impact of key drivers and practical approaches around pricing and delivery models. Mr. Wright has spoken at a number of software conferences on the subjects of ROI, Green IT and SaaS pricing strategies.
Prior to co-founding TFP, Mr. Wright was the Vice President and general manager of ADAC Capital, ADAC Laboratories' customer finance program. His professional career started in the medical device industry where he quickly grew into senior engineering and marketing positions during his ten-year tenure.
Mr. Wright has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an English Minor from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA's Anderson School.
John Chasse
John Chasse joined TFP in 2005. John currently manages our largest international consulting relationship and focuses on communicating the business value of technology, sales tool development, and alternative pricing methodologies. He is also involved in new business development, and the management of TFP's Business Case Analysis and ROI practices.
John joined TFP with 14 years of experience in commercial and federal finance, holding positions in credit, legal documentation, portfolio management, sales, and business development. In his 8 years of managing technology vendor finance programs, John developed and managed programs with Sybase, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BMC Software, Amdahl, and Hitachi Data Systems, among others. Most recently, John was Vice President of Hitachi Capital America in charge of Technology Vendor Financing, where he was the company's top producer generating approximately $2 billion of revenue.
Mr. Chasse has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Finance Minor, and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut.
Greg Turtletaub
Greg Turtletaub, Corporate Secretary, is responsible for managing day to day financial operations at TFP as well as for managing customer finance programs for enterprise software clients. Greg's account management responsibilities include complex deal structuring, financial modeling and the integration of value based sales methodology and customer finance initiatives in North America. In addition, he is responsible for securing financing solutions for TFP's client's customers through TFP's funding partners.
Prior to 2000, Mr. Turtletaub worked at Integrated Lease Management (ILM), a leading consulting practice that designed, built and managed customer finance programs for technology clients. Mr. Turtletaub ran the Small Ticket Sales Team specializing in small ticket automation, funding and operations.
Mr. Turtletaub started his professional career at Amdahl Corporation. During his 10 years there, Mr. Turtletaub held various management positions in their finance organization.
Mr. Turtletaub has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and played baseball for two years in the New York Mets organization.
Laura B. Gauci
Laura's primary responsibilities are managing the customer finance program for strategic TFP software clients, as well as involvement in TFP's business development efforts. Her responsibilities include financial structuring, integration of the financing programs within core sales methodologies, sales training, syndication and the implementation of best practices tools and programs within these accounts.
From 1996 to 2000, Ms. Gauci was a Senior Consultant with ILM. Her focus was building and managing customer finance programs for a portfolio of major software vendors.
Ms. Gauci began her career in the Sales/Marketing group for ATMI, Inc., a leading supplier of materials and services to the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers.
Ms. Gauci holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
Ricardo Gonzalez
Ricardo Gonzalez has managed Technology Finance Partners' European office since January 2004. Ricardo is responsible for the day-to-day EMEA operation, which includes managing customer finance programs for TFP's software clients; developing financial structuring; and integrating TFP's offering into clients' sales methodologies, tools and programs. He also participates in the value analysis consulting effort throughout EMEA, and contributes to TFP's international business development.
Prior to 2004, Mr. Gonzalez held key business responsibilities supporting the internet growth of leading travel IT firm Amadeus and P&L responsibility for start-up Travelprice.com. From 1995 to 1998, he held a worldwide strategic planning position for a Hewlett-Packard division.
Mr. Gonzalez started his professional career in electrical engineering design, moving on to an investment advisory function at Banesco after graduate business education. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.
Grant Buckman
Grant Buckman focuses on business case analysis for TFP clients. He is responsible for helping TFP clients communicate the economic value of their solutions through detailed, transaction-specific cost-benefit analyses. Mr. Buckman also supports TFP’s customer finance programs, helping clients develop flexible-payment options for their customers.
Mr. Buckman’s professional career started in the medical devices/equipment industry. Prior to joining TFP, he spent 10 years with Philips Healthcare where he held various management and financial sales positions. Most recently he was a Regional Finance Manager for Philips Medical Capital.
Mr. Buckman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology with an English minor from the University of California at Davis and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance & Marketing from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.
Alex Corman
Alex Corman joined Technology Finance Partners in 2011. Mr. Corman specializes in producing customized business case analyses, with an objective to convey logical, transparent and well-supported financial metrics to support specific sales engagements representing a wide variety of technologies and platforms. He is based in Santa Barbara, CA.
Prior to joining TFP, Mr. Corman managed the capital budgeting group at Countrywide (now Bank of America) to industry-leading levels of performance, and had additional leadership roles in financial analysis and regulatory compliance. He also held a variety of finance, marketing, and operational roles at Sprint and Intel, where he led the company’s first e-commerce website, which delivered more than $1 billion in sales in its first quarter of operation.
Mr. Corman earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English Literature from Harvard University, and a Masters in Business Administration with honors from UCLA’s Anderson School. He has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst exam.
Nora Yam
Nora Yam recently joined TFP and will be focused on implementing customer finance programs with new strategic accounts. Ms. Yam joined TFP with more than ten years of sales and marketing experience in technology finance and professional services with Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems where she successfully developed and marketed financing services as well as managed many complex financial sales to customers ranging from mid-size businesses to global corporations. Prior to joining TFP, Ms. Yam was Services Marketing Manager at LSI Engenio Storage, responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy and the implementation of LSI storage services.
Ms. Yam began her professional career at IBM as an Industrial Engineer and then as Systems Engineer. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Peter Deal, CPA
Peter joined TFP in 2012 to focus his time on developing business case analysis methodologies and pricing strategies for technology solution providers. Peter brings expertise that allows TFP to help companies build and run their own internal business case programs as well to support complex tactical engagements. Peter will also be involved in new business development.
Peter joined TFP with 18 years of experience in finance, strategy, business development, and consulting. For the past seven years, he worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions developing financial sales tools, including tools for calculating ROI, TCO, and for premise, hosted and cloud solution pricing. During the seven years in this role supporting a team of over 300 emerging technology consultants, he led the business case preparation on more than 600 opportunities worth over $3.2B for contracts ranging in value from $200K to $140M which had a sales cycle of six months to three years.
In previous roles at Verizon, he automated and streamlined business processes in Verizon’s corporate treasury group, resulting in performance and productivity improvements, higher accuracy, accelerated monthly close cycle, and improved workflow with the forecasting team. On a $20M outsourcing contract, Peter negotiated pricing and contract language with the customer and vendors. In internal audit, he supervised teams of auditors including significant international operations.
Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University.
Tanya Nolan
Tanya Nolan recently joined Technology Finance Partners as the Operations and Sales Support Manager for TFP’s major Accounts. Tanya’s role requires the use of her analytic and operations skills to drive business efficiencies and her sales skills to drive marketing outreach and SMB program development for customer finance clients.
Prior to joining TFP, Tanya spent 5 years with Cybex International, being promoted from an inside sales role to an Account Executive position and later to Sales and Operations Management. Tanya was responsible for developing and growing a variety of customer finance programs and new lending relationships and developing marketing initiatives. In addition, Tanya managed all operational functions of Cybex Capital Corp, analyzing and forecasting sales trends and developing efficient sales methodologies. Tanya has also worked as a Commercial Underwriter in the financing arena.
Tanya has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Colleen Tigges
Colleen Tigges joined TFP in 2013 to drive strategic program development. She is focused on increasing market outreach and driving vendor adoption of financial solutions programs.
Colleen has spent almost 20 years working in the finance industry. In addition to sales and program management, she also has first-hand experience working with nearly every aspect of a finance transaction, from origination to funding/syndication to remarketing. While the majority of her career has been spent working with third-party providers of private label vendor programs, she most recently spent 6 years as a Strategic Account Executive in the Global and Large Enterprise segments of Dell Financial Services.
Colleen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Gonzaga University and a Master of Science in Communications from Eastern Washington University.
Duncan Gilsenan
Duncan Gilsenan recently joined TFP in 2012 and is focused on implementing customer finance programs with new strategic accounts as our Country Manager in the UK.
Duncan has joined TFP with more than 14 years of sales, administration, marketing, business development and senior management experience within the asset finance and leasing industry with a focus on the technology market. Starting his career with Barclays Bank, and later spending several years with ECS United Kingdom Plc, the technology finance division of Société Générale banking group, Duncan is experienced within all areas of financing programs both direct with corporate clients and via vendor based finance programs. Duncan joins us from Microsoft Financing, where, as the Corporate Accounts Specialist for the UK, he drove and implemented some of the largest deals in the history of the program.
Duncan has a National Diploma in Business Studies and Graphic Design from Farnborough Technical College, Hampshire.
